If your
outlook calender not showing appointments, follow these steps:
Ensure you're connected to the internet and that your Outlook is up-to-date.
Verify the meetings are on the correct calendar by checking other calendars within Outlook.
Confirm that you haven't accidentally hidden the calendar in question. To unhide it, click the checkbox beside the calendar name.
Reset the current view: go to the View tab, click Reset View, and confirm the action.
Repair your Outlook data file using the Inbox Repair Tool (scanpst.exe).
If all else fails, recreate your Outlook profile or contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
